Our handmade goods, like our cocobolo wood guitar knobs, are crafted to order. Production typically takes 1-2 weeks from the time you place your order, depending on complexity and demand. We’ll start working on your item once payment is confirmed.
Shipping Time
Once your order is complete, we ship from Fargo, ND to the address you provide. Domestic shipping (e.g., within the U.S.) usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. International shipping varies (e.g., 7-21 business days) and may be subject to customs delays—we’ll provide tracking where available.
Shipping Costs
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight (e.g., ~3 oz per knob with packaging), and selected shipping option (e.g., standard or expedited). We partner with trusted carriers like [e.g., USPS, FedEx] to deliver your order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
